At A Princess Inspired we just love classic movies and stories, so when this Mary Poppins wedding inspiration hit our inbox, we just had to share it! It’s Your Day Event Coordinator and RubySky Photography completely blows us away with the fun and intricate details they include from the original movie – a cake that looks like the paintings on the street (courtesy of Bijou’s Sweet Treats,) puppy penguins, kite place cards for the bride and groom, and our absolute favorite – a tape measure with lots of sayings on it such as, “Our day is practically perfect in every way.” They even create a magical scene with an endless carpetbag! Not only are the movie details amazing, but the florals from Harmony Harvest Farm are striking and gorgeous, and the gown from Bridal Impressions is the perfect style of vintage lace! And we can’t forget to mention the lovely “Supercali fragilistic” sign with calligraphy by Red Honeysuckles! This inspiration is filled with so many wonderful and magical things, that you’ll just have to go see it for yourself!
